Why do walking moms need stretching  at all?

Weight Loss Walking with the stroller, indeed, is an intense training. The load goes primarily to the leg’ s, butt and arms. Stretching relaxes muscles, increases flexibility and also removes  tension. It’s great both for body and mind.

Moms don’t carry a gym mat along. We can end up our walking-with- the-stroller session just anywhere. A cool-down stretch routine has to be simple, quick and even pertinent – do be done just anywhere.

Therefore – no laying on the mat. Step just a bit away from the middle of the street  and make your 5 minutes stretching. Your body will smile.

Exercises come from both sports and yoga. These are simple, effective and stretch all the main muscles.
